Founder of Gatec, Inc. and co-founder of AWC, is one of the most knowledgeable and experienced professional in the development and construction of wireless networks. Mr. Torres has been dedicated during the past 15 years to provide his expertise to the wireless telecommunication operators in the island.

Mr. Penna is the founder of the Mr. Pretzel’s operations in Puerto Rico, USA, Brazil, Venezuela, Chile, United Kingdom, Portugal, Panama, and Bahamas. Mr. Penna is one of the mayor investors in AWC, Inc. and has contribute as a key business advisor to the development of the corporation.
